SICKKIDS FOUNDATION, Pledge Card – Concept and Design
The objective of the pledge card is to inform donors about pledges, its benefits and its terms and conditions and to encourage donors to consider making a pledge. It is one of the best ways to help SickKids Foundation plan for the future and to forecast revenue, which would allow the nonprofit organization to buy needed equipment and support multi-year research studies.
Leveraging SickKids Foundation’s new brand identity, I designed the pledge card in a way that’s bold, visually impactful and functional. The visual hierarchy of information consisted of a logical reading order to optimize functionality. The border around the content incorporates SickKids Foundation’s new brand elements. The visual treatment of the layout, type, colours and graphic elements unifies together to support the content and to create visual interest.
